Years ago, a friend of mine was at a meeting in Denmark (at least I think it was Denmark). Toward the end of the meeting, gifts were given to the attendees, and the host made the comment that they may not be the best gifts in the world, but they were free, so the price was right. My friend piped up, "Free? That's about $20.00 Canadian, right?"
