Thank you for the detailed response. The field names were made up as I was at home at the time and did not have access and could not remember the actual field names. You got the all correct execpt that the price I am looking for is not MARKUPCOST but BASEPRICE.

Also, I woule need to link the ARCUS table since it points to the right "current" price list ( PRICLIST) of the customer. If I use the price list code in UXDETAIL, it woule be incorrect as this shows the price list used at the time of the sale as UXDETAIL is the sales history record.

I need to get the curren price list code and look up the current price for that customer of all items bought in the past. This would allow mr to send a current price list of all items bough in the past to each customer.
