Then they are flying all over the world. Just look at Panoramio, you'll find chemtrails everywhere. Because the site launched at about the same time these became frequent.

And only now they start talking about geoengineering, as if that's some plan for long term development. While they've started doing it long ago, without ever asking for anyone's approval.
