Allow me to extrapolate on your answer a bit. What Richard needs to do is look at the DEFINE PAD and DEFINE POPUP commands, maybe by looking at the .MPR file generated in his existing apps. If he has a login function (the only reasonable way this will work) then -- if an MIS person -- he could call an Application method (or PROCEDURE...whatever he's comfortable with) and DEFINE the MIS PAD and the menu items and have them map to the appropriate procedures/methods.
