>So, is it wrong for people who have come here to have a special day to celebrate their heritage?
If their "National Pride" is Mexican, then their nation is Mexico.
My "National Pride" is based on being a US citizen, and I carry a US flag proudly. I'm not half American and half something else (hyphenated). My family has roots outside of the US. Those that came here became US citizens.
I realize that the current regime apologizes to the world for the sins of the US. Luckily they do not represent me. I am proud to be an American.
If people want to be Mexican, cross the border and stay in Mexico.

>>"Freshman Laura Ponce, who had a Mexican flag painted on her face and chest, told the Morgan Hill Times that Cinco de Mayo is the "only day" Mexican-American students can show their national pride."

>>They can show their national pride everyday as long as they get the he$% out of the US and back to Mexico.

>>Want to be a US citizen? Then act like one.
