You can unzip the download file to a new directory, like ("PEM Editor 6"), and then run the PEMEditor.app file from VFP to install it. You do not need to "uninstall" the old version. In fact, you can easily switch back to version 5 by running the PEMEditor.app file from version 5 to re-establish it as the active version. So, you can easily switch back-and-forth as you wish.

By the way, if you wish to read the CHM Help File for Version 6, you may have to right-click on it and choose Properties, and then click Unblock in order for Windows to open it. It's some kind of blocking scheme that Microsoft uses to block CHM files from unknown sources.
