...and then you have our system of calling cousins of certain rank "brother/sister of aunt" (and we have three kinds of aunts: a parent's sister is tetka; father's brother's wife is strina, mother's brother's wife is ujna) and "brother/sister of uncle" (parent's sister's husband: teča, father's brother: stric, mother's brother: ujak).
