There are toll roads in some states, but not the majority by far. This would be very new for an interstate paid for by taxes here in NC. That is my only issue with it really. I have driven toll roads before (by choice), but in most cases the road was built and then paid for by tolls. In this case, the road has already been built (paid for by taxes) and maintained by taxes. Taxes are insufficient to maintain those roads now though given the recession.
