I'm using an mmPicker to filter data on an integer field. When the field is declared as an integer field the application crashes and the error says that it cannot convert nvarchar to int. When I change the datatype in the table to nchar the picker works fine. Why can't I declare my "Filter" field as an integer since I do not want my users to save characters into this field?
