What kind of chat app? Are you looking for an IRC style one or a instant messenger type of thing? Any video/audio needs?

>Need a good source of info about Chat apps. Especially looking for something that would allow any registered site user to chat with any other online user if they want to be available for a chat session. Any ideas? I have seen a lot that allow "operators to chat with visitors" but none yet that allow visitors to chat with visitors.
