Hi,

As part of migrating a user to Windows 7 I need to move Eudora. In Windows XP there was a directory C:\Internet\Eudora where I had programs and data. The C:\Internet directory mostly contains data and is backed up as part of my backup routine.

Apparently Windows 7 wants Eudora data to live in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Qualcomm\Eudora. C:\Users seems the equivalent of Documents and Settings directory, so from the point of view of backups is not a good place because it accumulates a huge number of files that I don;t wish to back up.

Any insights on how to place data in a directory of my choice?

TIA,

Alex
