In the attempt to improve customers’ satisfaction Dell support now added another useless and annoying phrase (to the usual “Is there anything else I can help you with?”). I am very impatient person and these questions annoy the hell out of me.

Today I had to call Dell to ask the support a simple question. The young woman (I presume that she is young since she spoke good English in the country where older people don’t have a good command of our language). Anyway, she answered my question and then, at the end of the conversation asked something like “Could I have done something else to make this experience better?” I wanted to say, “Yes, if you could say that you are very, very bad girl and like old married guys. That would make my day go better” :)
"The creative process is nothing but a series of crises." Isaac Bashevis Singer
"My experience is that as soon as people are old enough to know better, they don't know anything at all." Oscar Wilde
"If a nation values anything more than freedom, it will lose its freedom; and the irony of it is that if it is comfort or money that it values more, it will lose that too." W.Somerset Maugham
