Ah you can download runtime files from ftp://ftp.prolib.de/public

and run on client's machine.

Normally you would create an installation using installshield that comes with VFP or something like wise installer (check documents folder if I remember right there was a walkthrough there). VFP7 and later do not have a setup wizard as VFP6 did.
