This is quite a tilt. And people thought the Burger court was reactionary.

I notice you had nothing to say about my comments regarding the current court overturning precedents and setting new courses instead of being strict constructionists. No surprise there. There isn't much to say.

It doesn't surprise me that you are untroubled by the Court running the Bill of Rights through a shredder. Call me old fashioned but I kind of like it.
