Well the first one

The Human Rights Act prevents people from being sent back to places where they would be "subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment".

and you can't change the law for individuals (thankfully) and if you could then the terrorists would be really winning.

the second one.

Councils have recycling targets and would sometimes put this note on your rubbish if its not sorted. No big deal
