Not only is perjury a serious crime to anyone not the U.S. president, he makes it even worse by saying himself: "Any president that lies to the American people should have to resign."

Stopping the UN from preventing 700,000 Rwandan deaths
Cuba Relations
Sudan cruise missile attack on pharmaceutical facility
Bombing the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade
Kosovo bombing
Transfer of classified material to Iran
Financial industry deregulation

I won't go into details on each one because there is plenty of information out there for anyone willing to look it up. He did have a knack for apologizing afterwards but for some reason, those apologies didn't get a lot of media attention...
