Why should creating help files using the Microsoft Help Workshop be so difficult ?

I am attempting to write a help file for my VFP5 application, using only the guidance from the Foxpro manuals. The direction in the manual is very poor, in as much as it gives no examples of creating graphical help using MHW.

Does anyone have any examples of uncompiled .HPJ files which I could look at, or any information on how to create these files ?
