If enough users begin using it then it will no longer be a fringe browser. Unless she posts her issues with it, there is no way of knowing how many others wish to use it as well so Michel can make a decision of whether to support it or not.

Regardless, your jumping in and deriding her for posting her questions is ridiculous. What does it matter to you? It is simply argumentive and yes, childish. :o) Leave her alone. She's not hurting or bothering you and it's Michel's site so it is up to him to respond.
