I don't think I am violating any license with DBI here. You see, I do have (since I purchased them) and need to have the .LIC file in the folder on my Win 7 computer in order for me to be able to use DBI OCX on my Win 7 64-bit OS. I don't plan to distribute the .LIC file to my customers as I will tell them that my application does not work on Win 7 64-bit OS but only on 32-bit OS.
Does it make sense?
