I haven't done it, but I believe you can use RunAs for this. This can be invoked programmatically e.g. http://alt.pluralsight.com/wiki/default.aspx/Keith.GuideBook/HowToRunAProgramAsAnotherUser.html

Unfortunately that example is .Net rather than VFP. I believe the question has been asked/answered here before, with a VFP solution ( Hugo Ranea, maybe? ).
