Which is why I am glad that I use PL/SQL. Too bad MS doesn't copy it for SQL Server like they have just about everything else that they sell.
Bill, one of Turkey's largest manufacturers recently moved from Oracle to SQL Server.
I've worked with 2 companies over the last 3 years who moved from Oracle to SQL Server because they found the business intelligence offerings from Microsoft to be more to their liking. There are other reports of places moving from pure Oracle to a hybrid environment.
