Hi, Petrus.

Yes you can set the tab order for labels even though a label won't get focus. People use this feature to allow ALT-keying to a field. They (I'm remembering here :-) setfocus to the label on an ALT-key combination, and the control that follows the label in the tab order actually gets the focus.

You can just ignore the labels too and just set the tab order for controls. Notice that you edit a container object to set the tab order for _its_ controls.

Stephen's advice for controlling tabs into read-only controls is similar to what I do...

>Under Tools, Options, Forms I have set the Tab ordering to Interactive. Since the Form was originally created I have moved some of the Lables and Textboxes around to suit the paper form from which the data will be added.

Must I just select the Textboxes or the Labels and the corresponding Textboxes for the tab order. When I select the Add button of the Commandbuttons the cursor does not go to the first textbox of the tab order set - I have to click in the first textbox on the form. I have selected just the textboxes in the tab order.
