And a good chance to see Robert Green again <s> Ken is also quite good, now that I've sort of adjusted to the pitch of his voice. I am pretty impressed with the example code. Even on topics where I have some experience and comfort I find you can always pick up some tricks. ( also pretty cool to do the C# lessons if you're VB and visa versa )

When I first subscribed back in Nov it was $50 a month and no sample code ( I made a pest of myself about the sample code ) and no extra license for the laptop. They also upgraded the video engine to a Silverlight play that is way better that whatever they were using.

>Just a note that learndevnow is currently on sale at $99

>Ahhh.. I now see that the sample code is extra, pushing the cost to what you said.

>>I think it is worth the money for just what is there now on WPF, Silverlight, SQL Server and SSIS. There will be a ton of further VS2010 / .net 4.0 coming soon so all that comes free in the year subscription. I don't think you'll be disappointed. The sample apps are very well constructed for learning. The AppDev stuff is very professionally designed to teach as opposed to show you how smart the presenter is ( Devcon speakers could take note <bg> )

Charles Hankey

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy

Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.

-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin

Pardon him, Theodotus. He is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature.
