>Indeed? That is unfortunate. I've rarely had stupid users. The stupidest person I've worked with was a recent employer. Users may not know computing, or technology, but they know much. I tend to listen because I do not think them stupid and I feel my systems have benefited greatly as a result.
I agree. Too often "stupid" users are people grappling with a "stupid" IT system thats actually making their job a bit harder.
