Looks like most people are more concerned about the legal aspect..!

Reminds me of my old teacher. First he lectured us that it was important to always listen to what people really asked. Then he paused for a few seconds and asked whether anyone knew what time it was. Most of the students shouted out the correct time, and then he said "I wanted to know who knew the correct time, not what it actually was"!
