My previous motherboard was an Asus, but that was in 2006. Last year, when I rebuilt my box, I wanted to buy another, but the user reviews on Newegg were way below average. It seems Asus nowadays tries to be what Acer was 15 years ago - builder of cheap systems with all corners cut.

So on a recommendation of a friend (well, some guy on a Serbian forum, actually :), I bought a Gigabyte and it works flawlessly. I have it for almost a year, and not a single hiccup.
