I think it's based on how you order. Buy a consumer machine, you're not a business.

And guess what - they got issues both, and had to call support, and he got a support number in the US, while the wife's got to India. Because the customers were complaining, and Dell decided to placate them. Well, the ones they really care about, that is, the businesses.
