Ah, yes, if some had their browser opened into the support area, it could have created a stop in the related refresh. Because, I still have not found what is causing the new DLL to not kick in in IIS. Sometimes, when I send a new DLL, for the ASP.NET Web site, it cannot start to respond to the next hit. So, assuming that was the case, for a few seconds, it could have caused this situation. Normally, when an update is being sent, it takes about 4 secondes to react and the hit in progress continues so as the next ones.
