Because, I still have not found what is causing the new DLL to not kick in in IIS. Sometimes, when I send a new DLL, for the ASP.NET Web site, it cannot start to respond to the next hit. Normally, when an update is being sent, it takes about 4 secondes to react and the hit in progress continues so as the next ones.>

I'm still getting it periodically today. Most replies show up in the left-hand pane and a couple have not. Just when I think they are all showing up then I click on a message in the main panel and discover it was addressed to me and never displayed on the left.
