Basically this is just an API using a pre-defined SQL db with methods and properties to allow you to add Users and Roles, assign Users to Roles, etc. It's primarily designed to work with ASP.NET (it can be configured in Web.config etc) but can be used with, say, WPF or WinForms is ness.
