Microsoft Help Workshop? It's what installs under C:\Program Files\DevStudio\VFP\HELPCOMP\HCW.EXE in VFP5 and D:\prog\VS98\Common\Tools\HCW.EXE in VisualStudio 6. It's little more than a help compiler wrapper.
