Also, it might be cool to have a deadman switch e.g. if you don't log on to the secure site, using that phone, and a PIN, within a certain time period, then the video is automatically forwarded to YouTube/news sites etc.

There are a few windows mobile apps that upload video in realtime. Qik is one and Bambuser is another - I had another one I forgot the name of it.
