Ah, the "winds" of change...

1) GWT "guru" James Lovelock recently said, Who knows? Everybody might be wrong. I may be wrong. Climate change may not happen as fast as we thought, and we may have 1,000 years to sort it out.

2) The Royal Society is backing off on endorsing the GWT mania. They are re-writing their official position on GWT (after 43 of its Fellows accusted the scientific society of exaggerating man-made emissions.

Official quote....Any public perception that science is somehow fully settled is wholly incorrect—there is always room for new observations, theories, measurements..

Previously, Lord May once said, The debate on climate change is over.. (Which, of course, the New Yorker and the NYT and some of its readers took as pure gold) <s>

3) Related story: a debate at Oxford Union, where GWT skeptics defeated the GWT alarmists in a vote by the students

(This is a must read...Lord Monckton's lines and his exchange with Lord Whitty are priceless!!!)
