I'm not sure we really know who's using what. For example, figures between Garther and IDG vary from 33.8% Oracle/13.9% MS to 46% Oracle/6.7% MS overall. But Gartner also says that MS now has slightly more than Oracle of the Windows camp, which is what interests many here.
