Seems to me that MS's biggest challenge is the increasingly mobile future: MS dominance with which we've lived willingly and profitably for most of our working lives, isn't so sure any more.

Even examples widely advertised for Android (eg Sciphone N12) eventually came out with Win6.5 and the few Android options are more expensive. Figure that one out.
