>Does anyone have a class for formatting Int'l phone numbers that they'd be willing to share. I'd like to have something for formatting display and also for Masked Edit validators. Looking primarily for English speaking countries (Canada, UK, Autralia, New Zealand)

Yes it is called textbox:) Sort of kidding. As an international user I have always hated to be forced to use USA phone number masks (and also enter state). IMHO when it is phone number leave the user alone. Do not apply any mask. They are humans wise enough to enter a phone number without some machinery forcing them to a specific template. What would you do forcing the template? Do math on them? Search by area code? (If so provide separate area code). What if I would like to enter a phone number using letters (there are companies allocating numbers that represent their name, no). Such as 1-800-VERIZON (I don't really know if that matches USA number or it exists, just a guess). A human would find it easy to write and read.
My 0.2 cents.

PS: On internet there was a regexp pattern for it - and I sort of had the same comment there.
