Try:

Upper editbox: Top - absolute, Bottom - relative
Lower editbox: Top - relative, Bottom - absolute

I would like to set up an anchor property of these controls such that if a user extends/increases the form vertically, the two controls would increase the size (vertically) somewhat equally.
