Oops - my mistake - I guess I didn't really read the question that well. It's actually a 'dialog box' that's appearing.

I've ran across that problem once in the past, and finally gave up using triggers and just put the checks in the valid() events of the controls. In my case is was a simple task because it was a pretty small dbc and app to begin with. Hopefully someone out here has a better solution - I'd like to know the answer to this one too. Sorry.......
