Here is a cool (for me anyway) addition to the story. When the Blackhawks arrived back in Chicago at around 4:30 this morning, they went straight from O'Hare to Harry Caray's restaurant in Rosemont (the original is downtown). The restaurant either stayed open very late or opened very early for the beginning of the Chicago part of their celebration. The office building I work in is directly next to Harry's. I am looking out the window at it from my cubicle now. Probably 30 yards away from where I'm sitting. No sign of activity other than a Miller Lite truck making a delivery, so I guess the team and the Cup have moved on to the next stop.

Sometimes it's nice to be wrong. I thought maybe the Hawks were too young to win it all, a year or two away. They weren't.
