I would have sworn that I had responded to your message. As I've reviewed all the messages in this thread I find I would have been wrong.

At any rate, I created the prg and, no surprise, it worked correctly each time.

As I mentioned in a couple of other replies, I think this has something to do with my VFP environment. My form works properly the first time it is called from within VFP. Run it a second time and the method code never gets invoked. Exit and restart VFP and it will again work just once.

I've created an EXE. Open a DOS window and call the exe. close the form and restart the exe. Everything works all the time.

Next step is to incorporate the form into a test copy of the production environment and see if it works there. If so, I'll mark it as one of the mysteries of life and move on to the next task.
