Just when we thought the Pac 10 couldn't get any worse (g,d,r).

I have two hopes for when this is settled. One is I hope we don't wind up with four mega conferences. NCAA football is already badly skewed in the direction of the BCS conferences and this would only seem to make it worse. The other is I fervently hope bleeping Notre Dame does not join the Big Ten. Big Ten football is perennially overrated but I am true to my school(s), as the Beach Boys put it. On the plus side, I would now have a Big Ten team in addition to Ohio State to cheer against passionately.
