Except if your list of customers is fixed and known in advance, how can you discard older windows version support that easily.

I was glad I kept the old stuff (including a GDIplus dll) when I discovered that my most recent corporate client (among biggest European corporations) still uses ... W2K :)

One is never to careful and conservative on those issues IMHO.
