You need to prepare modifications off-line from your customer?

With no connection to remote SQL server, I use DDT (Strataframe Database Deployment Toolkit):
All data modelizations are stored locally in a sql database, and a "wizard" push it in a xml encrypted file. Send this file to your customers.
If your customer owns a DDT license, then he "runs" that package and updates its databases. If he doesn't own DDT, use the DatabaseMigrator .net classes from StrataFrame to write an exe, wich will deploy your package on its databases.
