SAP has indicated that they plan to have Sybase operate as an independent company. The ADS business has been growing, and the team support and product evolution has been increasing, so I would suspect that would remain. If the ADS business was declining, I'd be concerned, but I predict the ADS team will continue to be run like a small sub business within Sybase under SAP. I'm more concerned about MySQL under Oracle, as are many developers/businesses.
