I'm running vfp9 on windows vista 64 and on server 2008. There is no 64 bit version of VFP. But why are you trying to run the app on the server? The server would only hold the data. If you mean a client workstation is trying to run the app from the server, that is not the same thing as running the app on the server. If the app doesn't start on the client, you may be missing dlls or something on the client.
