What ended up happening is that thanks to some stupid politicians that were sooooo afraid that someone would get a piece of cheese that didn't really need the piece of cheese that all the damn cheese just sat there until it went bad - thus no one got a piece of cheese.Shame. Especially when marketing types know that most of us can't reliably claim a rebate or concession worth real $ let alone pursue some cheese we don't need. The un-needy who will pursue the cheese are going to rip us off regardless so we may as well present them with cheese opportunities that don't really hurt us. ;-)
