Just build a routine that loops and appends records into a file.

CREATE CURSOR myCursor (cfield C(10), nfield i)
FOR i = 1 TO 1000000
INSERT INTO myCursor Values (SYS(2015), i)
ENDFOR

You could get as creative as you want with random values.
