Prunes - pitted of course, are small enough to swallow, so high input, high output, high throughput. Bananas might be swallowed whole, skinned (or not?), but apples and oranges could not be swallowed whole.

grapes, seedless or not seem good. Any other berries, let's compile a database and make a comparison chart of the throughput! There's a task suited to us! :)
