You could do this with active server pages and an ADO connection to your VFP data source, or you could use FoxISAPI.dll and build a com server that generates your page for you.
I think the fastest/cheapest way to go here is to look into ASP. You'll have to learn a little VBScript, but what you want to do is fairly simple, s it shouldn't be too hard. A really good resource for information like you;re looking for is
