I.e. use another process. Though, you may run into some legacy API, from the old times when a call would lock the device and you simply couldn't play sounds from two sources at the same time. You'd get a movie without sound until you stop your music player, for example. I think you should go to Anatoliy's website and find the API call to play a sound.

Or... you could have two instances of the player ActiveX and give them both a play command. Worth a try.
